THE STORY SO FAR

My life seems to consists mainly of walks and music. When I was young, I use to walk in my backyard listening to music for hours at a time, eventually creating a beaten path.

I picked up a guitar around age 17 and started writing my own songs morphed out of ones I was trying to learn.

Eventually, I made my way to the computer to start recording. It started as experiments and morphing the little I could play at the time into more intricate pieces. Soon after I started to pick up the piano, which became my instrument of choice.

Here's one of my first songs written all those years ago. It's called "All in All".

Daniel Furman - All in All

There's something ethereal about creating music. It's like being an architect of sound and emotion. Just like nature, it's a structure that transcends time.

Through time I enjoyed playing with a couple of bands, Stegosaurus Lips and Go to Stereo, tried my hand with film and photography, and experimented with creations in virtual reality. But in the end, walks in nature and some good music are my favorite ways to enjoy the day.

I'll leave you with another song I recorded with the band Go to Stereo, called "Someday Honey". On this track there's Nico Aguilar on drums, Jason Rodriguez on lead guitar and Julias Thompson on bass.
